Mindy Kalinowski Earley, CMP, CFBA
Mindy Kalinowski Earley, CMP, CFBA has deep experience working with UHNW families, family offices and advisors. Her previous experience working in two single Family Offices prepared her to bring that work to Family Office Exchange (FOX), working with the entire Family Office and UNHW eco-system on educational programs, consulting projects and initiatives focused on Family Learning, Rising Gen Preparation, Family Mission/Vision/Values, and similar projects. Her professional career has afforded her the opportunity to work with some of the leading families in the U.S. and internationally. Mindy has had the pleasure of working with families at the G2 to G7 stages, from business-owning families and financial families. She has joined families for their most trusted conversations and is entrusted to work with their young children, the next generation.
Mindy knows what an honor it is to help families on their journey to next-generation inclusion, planning for transition and succession, creating learning programs and coaching the rising generation.
