Depending, however, on the client's age and virility,\n \nfamily dynamics, the nature and value of assets to be disposed of and other factors, estate settlement may be\n \narduous, contentious and expensive. Where difficulties are anticipated, provisions may be included in wills and trust\n \ninstruments to prevent or dissuade frivolous or vengeful attacks on the plan.
