DESCRIPTION:\nPlease RSVP if you will attend by Monday, Janaury 22nd at 5:00 pm.\n \nThe board has been working closely with Senator Thune's office and we're pleased to announce that the Senator is planning to provide a congressional update on Friday, January 26th at Minnehaha Country Club. The event will begin with a continental breakfast and registration at 8:30 am. The Senator will begin his remarks at 9:00 am.\n \nAs we know, the Senator's schedule and winter weather can cause plans to change, so we ask that you stay alert to messages regarding this event. He is not scheduled to fly in to Sioux Falls until late Thursday night, so if he would be delayed or the vote schedule would change in Washington, we may not be able to communicate an event change until late Thursday night or even early Friday morning.\n \n \n \nWe are excited to be able to host the Senator for this special event and after the unfortunate cancellation, he has made it a priority to reschedule this event with the council.\n
