The event will also be livestreamed from the country club so you can watch individually from your home or office.\n \nRegistration for in-person attendance will close at 5 pm on Monday, April 19th.  \n \nIf you do not feel well, or have been exposed to Covid, we ask that you stay home and attend the live webinar.\n \n \n \nAbout the Speaker:\n \nHeath Oberloh is an attorney with the Woods Fuller Shultz & Smith law firm in Sioux Falls.  His practice focuses primarily on business succession and estate planning matters for closely held businesses, working regularly with family owned businesses and farms to address their succession and estate planning concerns.  Heath also works with families seeking to take advantage of South Dakota’s favorable trust and asset protection laws; he enjoys explaining the many benefits of South Dakota’s laws, and developing and implementing a plan to accomplish the family’s goals.\n \n \n \nHeath is a current board member of the Sioux Falls Estate Planning Council and is actively involved in the Business Law Committee of the South Dakota Bar Association.  As part of the Business Law Committee, he chaired the committee tasked with drafting the Series LLC legislation which was ultimately adopted by the South Dakota legislature in 2020. \n
