Philip Gould – National Account Director - TPA\n \nPhilip Gould is a National Account Director for Empower. In his role, he helps create and maintain loyalty among top third-party administrators (TPAs) through ongoing business planning activities and works with local team to grow and develop TPA sales.\n \nPhilip joined the organization in 2022.  He has 25+ years experience in the retirement plan industry.  Philip has worked with several top tier recordkeepers allowing him to see our business from all sides: participant services and education, plan level relationship management, Trust and Custody, as well as recordkeeping and TPA sales.\n \nPhilip holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wayland Baptist University.  He currently maintains the FINRA Series 7 securities registration, Series 63 state security license and NASAA Series 65 securities license.\n
