The webinar begins at noon.\n \n \n \nRegistration for in-person attendance will close at 5 pm on Thursday, January 9th. \n \n \n \nAbout the Program:\n \nIn this session, we will review some of the unique challenges that farmers face in estate tax planning and some of the key options we use as professionals to meet those challenges.\n \n \n \nAbout the Speaker:\n \nPaul Neiffer graduated from the University of Washington with a Business Administration Degree (concentration accounting) in March, 1983.\n \nPaul is past president of the Farm Financial Standards Council (www.ffsc.org) which is the premier organization promoting the use of accrual basis financial statements for agricultural producers.  Paul was also the chair of the AICPA Ag Conference for over ten years.\n \nPaul instructs thousands of CPAs and other income tax preparers on farm taxes and Farm Service Agency planning each year. \n \nPaul authors a monthly column for Top Producer magazine called “The FarmCPA” and also does the Top Producer podcast.\n \nPaul has written several articles for various farm magazines and media outlets and instructs many CPAs and CPA firms across the US.  Paul is the primary author of the blog FarmCPAReport.com which reports several times a week on items specific to the Ag Industry.\n \nPaul is a nationally recognized speaker on many subjects related to farmers and ranchers including (1) tax planning, (2) estate tax and succession planning, (3) farm management accounting, (4) farm bill, (5) farm economics and many other related topics.\n \nPaul grew up on a farm in Walla Walla County, Washington and has farmland holdings in Washington, Iowa and Missouri and enjoys operating a combine or tractor every time he gets a chance.\n
