The webinar begins at noon.\n\n \n\nRegistration for in-person attendance will close at 5 pm on Friday, April 16th. \n\n \n\nAbout the Program\n\nThis Eras Tour-inspired presentation provides practical insights for managing tax obligations after a decedent’s passing, helping attendees avoid any “bad blood” with the IRS. It covers key strategies for being “fearless” with income, estate, and gift tax planning, along with the use of disclaimers, to minimize liabilities and attract good “karma” throughout the estate administration. Attendees will learn how to “shake off” complex tax scenarios, ensuring they have the tools to fill in any “blank space” on tax forms with confidence. Like a true “mastermind,” attendees will be equipped to handle the full “labyrinth” of post-mortem tax decisions.\n\nTopics covered:\nPost-mortem income tax requirementsImplementing estate tax planning techniquesIncorporating gift tax and disclaimer planning into administration\n \n\nAbout the Speaker\n\nAshley L. She regularly publishes tax and estate planning articles, sharing her knowledge and experience, particularly during her time as a former contributing author for Forbes.com. Ashley has presented multiple continuing legal education programs on estate planning and tax topics including for the Maricopa County Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona, the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC), the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), and numerous local estate planning councils across the country. She has also hiked seven of the Colorado “fourteeners.” In June 2022, Ashley traveled to Tanzania, Africa, where she summited Mt. Kilimanjaro (19,341’). The hiking team, Team Courage Rising, raised funds for the Arizona Burn Center at Valleywise Hospital in Phoenix and garnered recognition for the eight burn survivors who led the team. Over the years, her clients have taught her the importance of living life to its fullest.
